By accessing or using FundOra NextGen India's platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services in any capacity.

FundOra provides an online investment platform that enables users to invest in mutual funds, stocks, NPS, and corporate deposits. Our services include:

• Mutual fund investment and SIP management
• Stock trading and portfolio management tools
• National Pension System (NPS) contributions
• Corporate deposit investments
• Financial planning tools and calculators
• Investment reports and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

To use FundOra's services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India with a valid PAN card
• Have a valid bank account in India
• Complete the mandatory KYC verification process
• Not be barred by any regulatory authority from investing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure your contact details are always up to date

You agree not to use our platform for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Scraping or extracting data without written consent
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

FundOra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to FundOra in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or business interests.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
